Aero Freight Company Ltd. Authorizes you
to use the Aero tracking system to track
and monitor your shipments' status and
may not be used as the sole information
tool by which future claims against Aero
Freight Company Ltd. service performance
may be derived. Any other use of the aero
tracking system and information is strictly
prohibited. Under no circumstances shall
aero freight Company Ltd. be liable for
any inability to access or use the aero
Freight tracking system. The data about
your shipments' contained in the tracking
system is provided without any warranty
of any kind, either expressed or implied,
as to their accuracy, reliability or completeness
and cannot be used as a legal insturment
for any possible damages that may occur
on transit. The data will be automatically
deleted from our tracking system after
90 days from the day the operation has
completed.
